- Property Survey: map outlining the boundaries, buldings, locations, fences, etc.
- Property Deed: docwnent transferring the property from one person to another
- Existing Mortgage: complete with all contact information for each lender (Satisfaction of Mortgage if the mortgage has been paid off)
