Welcome to the Law Office of Carolyn E. Leed. We offer our clients a wide range of personalized legal services and one-on-one legal advice. We specialize in providing fast action, accurate and comprehensive consultation for buyers, sellers and lenders of residential and small commercial real estate.
Our services are integrity based and we feature confidential client relationships as a fundamental service for every legal transaction. Our clients deal directly with Carolyn for each transaction, from start to finish.
Carolyn E. Leed
Upon returning to Western New York, Carolyn worked at two law firms that focused on real estate law. During this time she developed a passion for, and expertise in, assisting clients with their real estate transactions. In 2009, Carolyn began her own practice primarily focusing on residential and small commercial real estate transactions.
In addition a passion for real estate, Carolyn is committed to support our community in various ways. She is involved in numerous community organizations and activities with a strong volunteering effort.
Carolyn is a long standing member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and served on the Board as the Vice President of Affiliates. She worked on the Women’s Council of Realtors Fashion Show Committee which raised funds for Hospice of Buffalo and the Kevin Guest House.
Carolyn is a member of the newly formed Young Professional Group for the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library system. This group was formed to promote and educate young professionals about what the library has to offer and also to raise funds in support of library programs.
The Junior League of Buffalo is an integral part of Carolyn’s volunteer commitment. Since 2004 she has served on the Board in various capacities – as Parliamentarian, New Member Advisor and Chair, Audit Committee, Transition Team Member, Leadership Nominating Committee, Show House Parties and Proceeds and Member Liaison Chair. Carolyn represented the Buffalo Junior League at annual Organizational Development Institute Leadership Conference. She also received the Membership Committee Award in 2007.
Carolyn is a member of the Williamsville Rotary and serves on the Board. Rotary focuses on raising money for local and international programs and charities. Most notably Williamsville Rotary hosts the Strawberry Festival and it raises funds for the Amherst Youth Foundation. Rotary consistently supports the Angel Tree Program every holiday season.
Carolyn has been involved as a dedicated volunteer for several years with Roswell Cancer Institute and their Ride for Roswell.
